The development of mathematics
education can be done at the macro and micro. At the macro is to renovate the vision and educational paradigms. While teacher education is a determinant success so the teacher can act as an object of the subject as
well as educational development. In the field of education, teachers need to
continually evaluate deficiency or excess in order to get information the teaching improvement. And teachers
should receive a boost from the relevant parties such as headmaster so that they can realize a good teaching. So that teachers can reflect the
style of teaching so teacher must manage the ways of
organizing the classroom, take advantage of teaching resources, development of
evaluation systems, to realize a particular teaching style as needed.
